Why do so many non Americans use tragedies like this to brag about how great their country’s gun control laws are?
They act like Americans are completely ignoring these situations, and we can just go up and ask for our government to pretty please change our gun laws! Hmph. As if it were that easy and there werent other factors playing into this.
As if this country weren’t an oligarchy and even the damn president himself can’t get the house to discuss gun control because they’re completely in the pockets of the NRA. If the PRESIDENT is practically helpless in the face of this, how much power do you think the average citizen has?
